Online Appointment Booking Options:

Existing Clients can book more appointments through my online booking below. Your appointments will be accepted or denied by me first before it is confirmed so I can make sure I have enough time. 

New Clients can inquire about appointments by filling out my new client request form and I will reach back out to you. Thank You!

You can call or text my business number at 978-925-4221. Please leave your first and last name and reason for calling and I will get back to you with a call or text when I am not with a client.


 You can send me a direct message to my Instagram or Facebook accounts @sarahnicholehair or you can email me at with any questions or inspiration pictures you have and I will get back to you ASAP. 

Cancellation Policy: When you book your appointment a credit card is required to hold your spot and a confirmation text will be sent out after booking. Some appointment require a deposit. If you are a no show or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours, 50% of that days services will be collected before any future appointments can be made. If this happens a second time a 100% payment is required before any future appointments can be made.

Priority Pricing: This pricing is for guests that need a priority appointment that will jump you to the front of the line! This will cause me to work outside my normal hours. If I am available I will stay late/ come in early for you for an additional 35% of your service total. 

Product Returns: You can exchange any products purchased within 7 days of original purchase date.  

Service Guarantee: I attempt to ensure that you are always 100% satisfied with your experience with me at the salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let me know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed and I will be more than happy to adjust your hair for you. 

All services are NON-REFUNDABLE but I will adjust your hair free of charge. In the extremely rare case that you are still not satisfied you will be given a salon credit to be used with another stylist at the salon.

Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one session to achieve your desired result.
