Contact via Phone: You can call New Outlooks Day Spa at 978-582-0742 and the receptionist will take care of any appointments or consult appointments you will like to make. You can also leave me a message with the receptionist and I will get back to you ASAP.

Contact via Email: You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or inspiration pictures you have and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

With this information I will be able to get a quote together for you and send you my soonest availabilities that work best with your schedule (please keep in mind that I am booking 2-3 months out).
Cancellation Policy: If you are a no show or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours I require a 50% non-refundable deposit that will be put towards your next appointment.
If this happens a second time you will have to pay 50% of the estimated service total from the missed appointment in order to book any future appointments.
Overtime Pricing: This pricing is for guests that need a priority appointment that will cause me to work outside my normal hours. If available I will stay for you for an additional 35% of your service total.
Product Returns: You can exchange any products purchased within 7 days of original purchase date.
Service Guarantee: I attempt to ensure that you are always 100% satisfied with your experience with me at the salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let me know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed and I will be more than happy to adjust your hair for you.
All services are non-refundable but I will adjust it free of charge. In the extremely rare case that you are still not satisfied you will be given a salon credit.
